New-build developments
Heat pumps, designed in from the start.
Low-carbon heating is becoming the default for new homes under the Future Homes Standard. We install air source heat pumps across developments as part of the mechanical package.
Common questions
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. You'll receive a Gas Safe certificate at the end of every job involving gas appliances.
Do you offer Vaillant extended warranties?
Yes. As a Vaillant Approved Installer, we can offer extended manufacturer warranties on Vaillant boilers — typically up to 10 years depending on the model.
Do you work for landlords as well as homeowners?
Yes. We work for both. For landlords, we can provide annual gas safety certificates (CP12), boiler servicing programmes, and planned maintenance across a portfolio.
Do you do one-off repairs, or only larger jobs?
Both. We take on full heating system installs and bathroom refurbishments, but we also handle leak repairs, boiler servicing and smaller jobs — particularly for existing clients we've worked with before.
