Heat pumps, designed in from the start.
Low-carbon heating is becoming the default for new homes under the Future Homes Standard. We install air source heat pumps across developments as part of the mechanical package.
Common questions
What size projects do you take on?
We take on projects up to around £300k — typically new-build mechanical packages, light commercial fit-outs, plant rooms and refurbishment. Anything above that or large-scale multi-million commercial is outside what we do.
Do you work directly for developers, or only via main contractors?
Both. We work directly for developers on design-and-build mechanical packages, and as a domestic sub to main contractors on competitively tendered schemes. Either route works for us.
What accreditations do you hold?
We are Gas Safe registered and hold WRAS and CIPHE accreditations, plus Vaillant Approved Installer status. Full detail on our accreditations page.
What areas do you cover?
Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties — Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. We consider projects outside this on request.
Do you handle commercial gas work?
We're domestic Gas Safe registered. Commercial gas registration is on the roadmap — for now, commercial gas works are coordinated with a registered partner where required.
