Two new-build semi-detached homes in Therfield, near Royston, with low-carbon heating designed in from the outset. A live project, due for completion August 2026.
What we are delivering
- Full first fix of hot, cold, central heating, soil and waste
- Air source heat pumps (ASHP) providing heating and hot water

- Full sanitaryware and radiator installations
Why it works
Designing the ASHP and underfloor heating together gives each home efficient, even, low-carbon heat — sized and installed as part of a single mechanical package rather than bolted on afterwards.
