- A large plumbing first fix serving over 40 outlets within the client’s new showroom
- Full second fix of sanitaryware, sinks and outlets
- Full test and commission

Why it worked
A showroom serving 40-plus outlets needs the first fix planned carefully so the second fix and commissioning land cleanly. Working early starts and late finishes around the wider fit-out kept us on the main contractor’s programme without compromising the test and commission.
