9 new-build apartments — central Bedford

The project

Nine new-build apartments in central Bedford, plus a communal area and office, required a complete plumbing and heating package from first fix through to handover.

What we delivered

Supply and installation of all plumbing, heating, soil and waste first-fix services to the nine apartments and communal areas, including:

• All bathroom and sanitaryware installations
• Low Surface Temperature (LST) radiators
• Gas combi boilers
• Underground gas Tracpipe services
• All external rainwater, guttering and downpipes

Why it worked

Sequencing the first-fix services correctly across the block kept the install tidy and on programme, with each apartment brought to a consistent standard ready for second fix and commissioning.
