When you submit a quote request we collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, the service you need, your preferred contact time and any description you provide. We also record which page the request came from.

If you use the chat on this website, we store the messages you send so we can improve the answers it gives and follow up on the questions people ask most. Please do not put payment details or health information into the chat.

When we carry out work, we hold the job address, the equipment fitted, and the certificates and records we are required to keep.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a survey or visit, and carry out and guarantee the work you ask for. Our lawful bases are the performance of a contract with you, steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business. Where we are required to keep gas and other safety records, we do so to meet a legal obligation.

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

A small number of suppliers process information on our behalf: the provider of our hosted quote and job management system, our website hosting and database provider, and the provider of the model behind the website chat. They act on our instructions only.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The quote request form is provided by an outside job management service, and that form sets its own cookies, including cookies used to prevent spam submissions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the form may then stop working.

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months. Chat messages are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed work, including gas certificates, are kept for as long as regulations, tax rules and warranty terms require.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, ask us to limit how we use it, or object to our use of it.
